You rent the room from us for a flat rate, you keep the rest.
 

• Rentals are blocked in 90min intervals. This is enough time for an hour long class with setup and take down.
   

• We have many rooms to choose from, here are the descriptions of them and the amenities available to you.
   

• You provide your own system of accepting payment, marketing your class, class materials, and tracking attendance. 
   

• You provide your own insurance. 
   

• All events must be dated at least 30 days prior 
   

• We will then post your event to our Class Meetup Page.
