Minimum rental rates apply during weekends and holidays.

Weddings and large group rates will be priced individually.


  1. Prices do not include custom layouts.

  2. Set up & take down time is not included in the block rate. 

  3. Sound engineer/support available for additional charge.

  4. No alcohol sales allowed. 

  5. Cleanup charge is $75 for 50+ people.  $100 for larger group.

  6. Event liability insurance is required for rentals (approx $50 via 

Noise ordinance rules:  Please note that we are located in a residential area and you must abide by city noise ordinances and plan to shut down by 11p.m on weekends and 10 p.m weekdays for all indoor events. Outdoor activities must be completed by 9:30 p.m. No exceptions.
